Reservation Policies for Boarding

 


Non-Holiday:

  • Reservations are required for all Boarding Pet Guests. Although we do usually have space for some day boarding requests.
  • Boarding is available 365 days a year, this includes: New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Over these Holidays and surrounding periods, a minimum 3 (three) night stay is required. 
  • A deposit of $49.99 will be collected at the time you make your  boarding reservation.
  • Deposits are required to secure your reservation. Many times we are full and have to turn pet parents away and then people do not show up for their reservation.
  • If you cancel 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
  • If you are a no-show or cancel within the 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation,  $49.99 will be collected as non-cancellation fee.
  • Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
  • Payment for the balance of the full boarding stay will be collected at drop-off.
  • All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
  • Boarding Checkout Time: The checkout time for boarders is 11:00am. Checkout time may vary on Sundays and holidays.

Health:

  • Pet Guests must have been in good health for the past 30 days prior to their arrival. PawBuddies performs health checks on all incoming guests and failure to notify staff of health issues may result in a cancelled service and a cancellation charge.
  • All Pets must be on a monthly flea and tick preventative. This is for the safety of your pet and other guests.

 

Personal Pet Belongings:

  • PawBuddies provides bedding and bowls for all pet guests during their stay.
  • Treats may be brought and, for accuracy, will be given at any time.
  • PawBuddies is not liable for any tracking/GPS collars left on a drop off. 
  • You are welcome to provide your pet with toys in good condition, we cannot accept additional personal belongings from home, including ANY and ALL bedding.

 

Food:

We recommend bringing your cat´s usual food to avoid digestive issues. Please portion it for the entire stay. If preferred, we can provide high-quality wet and dry food for an additional fee.

Holidays:

  • A 2-night minimum stay is required at holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
  • Holiday reservations require a deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.
  • If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one 3 - days of your reservation, it may be cancelled.
  • 3 days' notice for reservation cancellations for holidays is required to receive a full refund.
  • A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
  • Cancellations within the 7 day period prior to the holiday reservation and "no-shows" forfeit $49.99 non-cancellation fee.
